margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>5:00 p.m<\/strong>. on the <strong>fifth day<\/strong> before the election.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-black-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-110d47365f071e7247637d6f09d0cb0c\">Note:\u00a0 Special absentee voting application provisions apply to electors who are indefinitely confined to home or a care facility, in the military, hospitalized, or serving as a sequestered juror.\u00a0 If this applies to you, contact the municipal clerk regarding deadlines for requesting and submitting an absentee ballot.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Voting an absentee ballot in person.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>You may also request and vote an absentee ballot in the clerk\u2019s office or other specified location during the days and hours specified for casting an absentee ballot in person.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2ad049c7714a0145fddf1cb0cb774d6b\"><em><strong>\u00a0No in-person absentee voting may occur on the day before the election<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Kris Irwin<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Village of Endeavor\u00a0Clerk-Treasurer\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>400 S Church St, Endeavor, WI 53930<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Voeclerk53930@gmail.com<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>(608)\u00a0 587- 2486<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday: Noon until 6PM<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II- Registering to Vote<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-black-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-46b22d9465c3c32b2fab2687b45beeb7\">All Persons wishing to vote in Wisconsin must be registered to vote.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Voting Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To be eligible to vote in the state of Wisconsin, a person must:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Be a citizen of the United States of America<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Be <strong>18 years<\/strong> of age on or before election day.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Have been a resident of the municipality where he\/she intends to vote for a minimum of\u00a0<strong>28 days\u00a0<\/strong>before election day.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>How to Register<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Persons wishing to register must:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Complete the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elections.wi.gov\/forms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voter registration form<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Supply their Wisconsin Department of Transportation-issued driver&#8217;s license or identification card number.\u00a0 If the applicant has not been issued a Wisconsin driver&#8217;s license or ID, they must provide the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Supply proof of residence in the local unit.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For further information on how to register,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elections.wi.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wisconsin Election Commission<\/a>\u00a0website.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>When to Register<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A person may register as late as election day, but certain restrictions apply depending on the method used for registration.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you are registering to vote by mail, your application must be postmarked no later than 13 days before the election. Please note that anyone registering to vote by mail is required to provide a copy of acceptable identification. Acceptable forms of identification include either a current and valid photo ID or one of the following: a copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or government document that shows your name and address. You must include a copy of your identification when you submit your registration application. If you do not include this copy, you will be required to present it before you are issued a ballot at the polling place or before you receive an absentee ballot.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0If registering at the polling place on election day, an applicant must bring proof that they have lived at their present location for\u00a0<strong>28 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The Statewide Voter Registration System<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Starting January 1, 2006, state law mandates that all voters must be registered. Additionally, federal law requires that information about all registered voters be kept in a centralized state system. To comply with these regulations, the State of Wisconsin has established the Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS). Once a voter is registered in this system, their registration and voting history will be accessible no matter where they live within the state. To avoid delays on Election Day, it&#8217;s best to register in advance; however, voters also have the option to register at the polls on Election Day as long as they provide proof of residency.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III- Where do I vote?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>All Village Elections are held in the<strong> Village Hall<\/strong>, 400 S Church Street, P.O. Box 228, Endeavor, WI 53930.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you have further questions, please contact the Village Clerk at (608) 587-2486.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV- When to Vote?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Voters who are properly registered in the Village of Endeavor can go to their designated polling place starting at 7:00 am, when the polls officially open. The polls will remain open until 8:00 pm. All polling places are accessible to elderly and disabled voters.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-black-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-6c837a1ca891f51a8a82bee7eb4ebb56\"><strong>ALL POLLING PLACES WILL OPEN AT 7:00 AM.
