Annual Dog Registration

Please remember to renew your dog license.

Mail, drop in grey box, or bring in your dog’s up to date Rabies Vaccination papers and the registration form which is available at the village hall or download from this site along with a check or money order for the amount owed made out to the Village of Endeavor between December 15th and March 31st of the current year. 

Dogs over 5 months of age need to be registered pursuant to Section 174.052, Wisconsin Statutes unless written excuse from a licensed veterinarian is presented.  Vaccinations must be administered by a veterinarian.
